Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Oglethorpe, GA to oversee the property's maintenance operations, order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry expertise.

You will lead the service staff, manage budgets, ensure safe, high-quality workmanship, and uphold Bedrock's standards of care for residents and investors.

Qualifications

• Oversees maintenance operations and service requests.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge required.
• Certifications in HVAC-related fields preferred or required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the workflow for service staff and delegates workload.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ensure safe, timely completion of work orders and maintain resident satisfaction.
