Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Union Commons Flats in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee maintenance operations, order supplies, diagnose issues, and ensure daily service requests are completed with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.

You will lead service staff, manage budgets, and maintain property standards while communicating effectively with residents. The role requires at least 2 years in property maintenance and certifications such as EPA

Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Certification required for refrigerant handling.
HVAC Certification or equivalent validation of HVAC skills.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Licenses in plumbing or electrical work advantageous.

Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
Maintain the physical condition of the property.
Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool and roof/gutter repairs.
Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
Clock in/out to report time worked; follow all policies.
