Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, appearance, and service operations while managing the budget. This role combines hands-on work with team leadership across multiple communities.

You will lead the maintenance team, handle unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep properties safe and well‑maintained. A high school diploma, 3–5 years in maintenance, and a valid driver’s license are required; EPA/HVAC/CPO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of property maintenance or facilities experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• EPA, HVAC, CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance team, assign tasks, monitor performance.
• Oversee service requests, unit turns, and vendor coordination.
• Perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in the shop.
