Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Horizon Realty Advisors LLC supports all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service needs under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. This role handles service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and apartment turnover processes to keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years in property maintenance, basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC/carpentry,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or related role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across building systems.
• Conduct unit inspections for move-ins and make-ready processes.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and capital improvements.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
