Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Phoenix seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, curb appeal, and service operations within budget while balancing hands-on repairs with team leadership.

You will supervise a maintenance team, process work orders, plan turns, manage vendors, and uphold safety and OSHA standards. CPO, EPA, HVAC certifications are preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in property maintenance or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
