Job summary

Horizon Realty Advisors seeks a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, safety, and service needs under the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform repairs, preventative work, and turnovers to keep the community safe and appealing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in maintenance, and certifications such as EPA/HVAC/CPO are preferred. Valid driver's license and on-site work schedule apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly per policies.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Inspect units for move-in readiness and turnover.
• Support preventative maintenance and capital projects.
• Regularly inspect grounds and common areas for safety.
