Job summary

Capitol Rose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day property maintenance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes supervising a maintenance team, overseeing service requests, and ensuring safety and quality across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds work.

You will participate in on-call rotations, support budget adherence, and foster positive resident relations while promoting safety and professionalism through all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of experience in the property management industry is required.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisor role in the property management industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests and unit turns meet standards.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more.
• Inspect grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage on-call rotations.
