Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness across buildings and grounds.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance supervision, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site software. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years maintenance supervision experience in a property setting.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).
• Licensed driver and EPA certification types I/II or universal for refrigerants.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and manage hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Respond to work orders and diagnose issues; perform or supervise repairs.
• Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance; manage parts inventory and budget.
• Lead preventative maintenance and safety meetings; ensure compliance with polices.
