Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with related experience.
• Willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on call as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of maintenance schedules and downtime analysis.
• Supervise preventive maintenance program and review work orders.
• Conduct plant walkarounds to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure work instructions meet procedures and safety standards.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures.
• Participate in planning meetings and project scoping.
• Create schedules to optimize workflow and minimize overtime.
• Assist in interview and hiring to build a skilled team.
• Develop team members through training and coaching.
• Maintain uptime of all production centers through resources.
• Provide status updates to Maintenance Manager.
