Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a detailed and hands-on Supervisor, Maintenance to lead daily maintenance for production equipment and facilities. You will supervise technicians, manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, with leadership experience and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Three or more years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience with maintenance programs as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and industrial production equipment.
• Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain CMMS by assigning work orders, prioritizing maintenance, and tracking preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, scheduling, coaching, training, and performance management for maintenance personnel.
• Perform and oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment, facility systems, and utilities.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions by reading manuals, blueprints, and work orders; perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and related maintenance as required.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and planned maintenance to minimize downtime and support production schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure safety and compliance
