Real Alloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team responsible for scheduling, directing, and achieving production goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires strong supervision, material flow coordination, and data reporting to management.

You will monitor output, maintain records, and work with maintenance to minimize downtime. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Oracle are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related supervisory experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, write routine reports, and speak to groups.
• Strong math skills and ability to interpret data and graphs.
• Proficient in Excel; Oracle experience preferred.

• Schedules and directs production staff to meet goals while complying with regulations.
• Checks material availability and coordinates with maintenance on equipment issues.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures and approves overtime.
• Monitors output and maintains records; prepares management reports.
• Recommends process improvements and safety enhancements.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures health/environmental compliance.
• Provides relief supervision on weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
