Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the maintenance functions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OHSA, environmental).
• Lead and direct work of other employees; hiring decisions authority.
• Improve manufacturing processes and reduce downtime; optimize costs.
