Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor – Maintenance to lead and direct maintenance mechanics, ensuring equipment reliability and timely repairs. You will train team members on technical processes to perform preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and safety vigilance, with responsibility for scheduling, directing work, and enforcing safety policies across the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and able to comply with fleet policy
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and safety policies
• Proven ability to coach and manage needs of multiple associates
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance mechanics to ensure equipment reliability and timely repairs
• Train team members on technical processes for preventive maintenance
• Direct mechanics in performing proper and correct repairs
• Enforce safety policies and proper parts handling
• Use CMMS and PLMS for maintenance planning and monitoring
