Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Maintenance Department at our Sandston facility. You will manage emergency and scheduled work, assign tasks to technicians, and drive reliability improvements across equipment and processes.

The role demands strong PLC, electrical, hydraulics and beverage equipment knowledge, with 2+ years post-secondary education and 5+ years of industry experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems and beverage equipment operation/repair.
• Ability to manage both inhouse and capital projects within scheduling and budgeting constraints.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday hours to support demand and projects.
• Exposure to safety standards and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations and staffing.
• Coordinate scheduled and emergency work through direct reports.
• Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/KORE standards and quality initiatives.
• Manage smaller capital projects and contractor/vendor coordination.
