Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Campbellsville/Lebanon, KY site to lead a two-person team in maintaining plant assets and uptime. You will drive safety, asset care, and continuous improvement to support production targets.

The role requires planning, budgeting, and optimizing maintenance activities while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a modern manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Experience with maintenance planning and data-driven decisions.
• Proven problem-solving and proactive communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and IT proficiency; safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a maintenance plan meeting compliance and output targets.
• Triage helpdesk requests and assign resources for reactive work.
• Lead fault diagnosis and resolution to reduce recurring faults.
• Follow change control for temporary and permanent solutions.
• Monitor plan adherence and report monthly performance.
• Plan shutdowns, manage parts, labor, and post-shutdown learnings.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and support FMECA studies.
• Ensure safety, training, and on-site contractor safety compliance.
• Manage site spend with Site Leader and Accounting.
• Lead and coach a small maintenance team; drive continuous improvement.
