Job summary

KB Search Team is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities, plant and equipment, driving continuous improvement and delivering reliable operations. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate building projects, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, experience with CMMS and PLCs, and a proven track record in manufacturing or warehousing environments. Local candidates preferred, with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Strong mechanical skills across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and PLCs.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Experience with CMMS and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building projects, renovations, and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Be the point person for vendors and ensure safety compliance.
• Use CMMS and PLCs to diagnose and fix issues and optimize performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through budgeting and data analysis.
