Job summary

Kroger Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct maintenance execution for the plant and related properties. You will optimize PM/PPM programs, manage CMMS processes, and lead efficiency improvements across the reliability-driven operation.

Responsibilities include managing overhauls, budgeting, and coordinating with planning, inventory, and maintenance purchasing teams, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical manufacturing experience in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical team.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS.
• Experience in food processing and utilities systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of maintenance and small capital projects with emphasis on reliability and safety.
• Oversee PM program for equipment, buildings and facilities using CMMS.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and execution plans.
• Lead DMAIC Kaizen and RCA initiatives to improve reliability and ROI.
• Utilize AutoCAD to analyze P&ID, PFDs, and facility layouts.
