RangeWater Real Estate, LLC in Goodlettsville, TN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, ensure building and grounds meet standards, and manage service requests.

You will oversee make-ready, inspect vendor work, control inventory, assist in budgeting with the Community Manager, and uphold safety and code requirements while delivering responsive resident service.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading maintenance teams.
• Experience: 2–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills with residents and staff.
• Proficiency in property management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee make-ready process per policy and schedule.
• Address work orders and resident service requests promptly.
• Inspect work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Manage inventory, budget with Community Manager, and control costs.
• Maintain safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
