Avenue5 Residential in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure safety, and keep the property compliant with company policies and local regulations.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and oversee on-call emergencies, all while controlling costs and maintaining curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work order systems and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct weekly property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee emergency management and on-call maintenance rotations.
• Promote customer satisfaction and professional interactions with residents.
