Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s upkeep, safety, and resident services. You will manage the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure repairs meet quality and code standards across indoor and outdoor areas.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, expertise in preventative maintenance, and strong communication with residents and vendors. A technical background and OSHA/MSDS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and evaluating staff.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team and lead evaluations.
• Oversee Make Ready process end-to-end.
• Diagnose and repair resident service requests.
• Inspect work for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Assist with budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and company standards.
• Attend safety meetings and report injuries.
• Work flexible hours including weekends.
