Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Seattle to lead and mentor a maintenance team, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs across properties.

You will schedule activities, ensure safety, respond to on-call emergencies, and help manage budgets while delivering exceptional resident experiences in luxury living environments. Sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• HVAC certifications or willingness to learn are required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance in daily tasks and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure compliance with codes and policies.
• Perform and oversee advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
