Job summary

Vivmark Residential in San Francisco, CA seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, comfortable living and optimal operation of our apartment communities. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances while mentoring junior staff.

The position includes preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and collaboration with residents to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Assist with organizing work orders and complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready including turnover work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain safety culture and follow policies.
