Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Bothell, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, complete service requests promptly, and ensure vacant homes are rent-ready. You will perform preventative maintenance, follow safety policies, support residents with reliable repairs, and contribute to a safe, comfortable community through clear communication with teammates.

A valid driver's license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Customer service and resident communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance policies and procedures.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready quickly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and routine upkeep.
• Assists with painting and safety compliance; adheres to safety policies.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding in accordance with standards.
