Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Seattle to lead and mentor a maintenance team, overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs across properties.
You will schedule activities, ensure safety, respond to on-call emergencies, and help manage budgets while delivering exceptional resident experiences in luxury living environments. Sign-on bonus included.
