Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of scheduled and emergency work. The role drives asset reliability and safety while coordinating with a team of technicians.

The position requires an Associates degree or technical training with 5+ years in a food/beverage environment, strong PLC/electrical knowledge, and a flexible schedule including weekends to support production needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of college/technical school.
• 5+ years of work experience in food/beverage/bottling industries.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical and beverage equipment.
• Ability to manage in-house and capital projects and their budgeting impact.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in ISO and KORE Standards initiatives.
• Manage scheduled and emergency work through direct reports.
• Schedule and provide training on safety and system topics.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to improve asset reliability.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and production projects and budgets.
• Motivate and develop a team to meet safety and deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a customer-focused approach.
