Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Silver Spring to lead the maintenance department and drive reliable, safe operations that keep production running smoothly.

You’ll manage technicians, schedule work, and coordinate both daily tasks and emergency responses. The role requires hands-on expertise with PLCs, hydraulics, and beverage equipment, plus experience in planning, budgeting, and contractor coordination.

Formación

• 2 years of education beyond high school or equivalent technical training.
• 5–7 years of work experience in related field.
• Experience in Food/Beverage or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance department operations and emergency response.
• Schedule and assign tasks and work orders to technicians.
• Coordinate and lead preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Manage capital and contractor projects, track progress and costs.
