Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our apartment communities. You will oversee the maintenance team, ensure make-ready units meet Hawthorne quality standards, and manage safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA certification; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Oversee make-ready units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform hands-on repairs as needed and mentor technicians.
