Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the maintenance team at our Springdale, Arkansas location.

You will drive equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals while mentoring and coaching team members. The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with QA and Production to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability and understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide clear direction and set expectations for team members to achieve goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Maintain production equipment and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders to support production schedules.
• Consult with Maintenance staff, QA Manager, and Production Manager on equipment modifications or replacements.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Manage maintenance work order program, assignments, schedule, and costs; back up maintenance staff.
• Make decisions to maintain equipment efficiency and control department spending.
• Manage parts room and improve processes.
• Lead yearly evaluations, attendance, vacations, and disciplinary reviews.
• Other related duties as required.
