Live Comfortably is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and coordinate the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery and facilities in Fayetteville, NC. The role emphasizes strong teamwork, communication, safety, and reliability to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities include supervising mechanics, ensuring OSHA compliance, budgeting, and maintaining maintenance logs. Occasional night/weekend shifts may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience planning and coordinating maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems and related trades.
• Knowledge of building automation, electrical, HVAC, utilities and safety requirements.
