Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with various roles and progressive responsibility.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment individually and through coaching of the mechanics when there is downtime.
• Coordinate with operations to facilitate a teamwork approach for the good of the company.
• Define project priorities and provide direction to maintenance staff; monitor performance and quality.
• Provide leadership to the team and provide routine feedback on performance.
• Support PDCA process from root cause analysis to countermeasure implementation.
• Identify reliability improvement opportunities through changes to procedures and equipment.
