Gates Corporation in Siloam Springs, AR, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams and drive reliability across manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will steer preventive and predictive programs, manage work orders, and partner with production to meet uptime goals, while championing safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and automated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and staff.
Plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign daily maintenance activities to meet production needs.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and uptime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize disruptions.
