The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and automated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and staff.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign daily maintenance activities to meet production needs.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize disruptions.
