Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations at the assigned property in Plano, TX. The role requires leadership of the maintenance team, coordination of service requests, and ensuring timely, quality work while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner following company policy.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry duties like wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, door/lock repair.
• Conduct proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler systems, pool, elevator maintenance.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and timely to meet standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee property emergencies and coordinate with management and leadership.
