Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic issues.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per policy and regulations.
• Inspect property grounds and coordinate emergencies; respond promptly.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage vendor relationships.
