Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure policy compliance.
• Review service requests and track progress; identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to issues per Avenue5 policies with professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related areas.
• Oversee safety, risk management, and property budget compliance.
• Inspect property grounds and coordinate emergencies.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
