Job summary

Best Logistics Technology is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure building and grounds upkeep are performed efficiently.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general diagnostics; strong communication with vendors and contractors; and ability to delegate work while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-call and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a maintenance team.
• HVAC certified.
• CPO certification.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to communicate with vendors/contractors and delegate tasks.
• Willingness to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and install HVAC condensers and electrical components.
• Manage vendor and contractor communications and scheduling.
• Ensure pool operations compliance (CPO) and daily pool maintenance.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines.
