Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance team, oversee daily tasks, and ensure upkeep of buildings and grounds. The role includes coordinating repairs, ensuring safety, and responding to service requests.

Requirements include knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, hands-on experience with tools, and supervisory experience. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Assist in training of all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Take initiative to improve processes and maintenance methods.
• Be responsible for inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service, custodial and grounds departments.
