Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, prepare vacant units, and ensure preventative maintenance across properties.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus supervisory experience. On-call availability and safety compliance are essential, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Train and supervise staff; ensure tasks meet standards.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment; manage inventory of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Be available for on-call service and eviction-related lock-outs.
• Oversee vendor scheduling and payment logs; manage replacements and logs.
