Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the general maintenance of our apartment communities. We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter who can troubleshoot and manage a budget while leading a team.

Requirements include at least 3 years in a similar role, a high school diploma, EPA and CPO certifications, and knowledge of Yardi. Excellent communication and the ability to handle after-hours emergencies are prized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• HVAC troubleshooting expertise essential.
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in the apartment community across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed timely.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property aesthetics.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget.
• Train and supervise Service Technician and Groundskeeper staff.
