Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, manage budgets, and lead maintenance staff.

The role requires EPA and CPO certifications, strong communication, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. A HS diploma and valid driver's license are required, with knowledge of Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies within rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property upkeep.
• Oversee and manage the maintenance budget.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Manage and train the Service Technician and Groundskeeper staff.
