Qualifications

• 3+ years in Maintenance Supervisor role.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience and EPA certification.
• CPO certification required; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Yardi software and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Meet resident service requests and maintain curb appeal.
• Oversee maintenance budget and staff training.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
