Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across properties in Arizona. You will oversee daily tasks, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to keep buildings safe and comfortable for residents.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on skills with power tools. AMC offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge is required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Able to operate various hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and recommending staff for service, housekeeping, or grounds roles.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools and equipment.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work; manage inventory and supplies.
• Ensure OSHA and safety policies are followed at all times.
