About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment for their operations in Upington, Northern Cape . This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of the mining fleet, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest safety standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This position requires hands‑on experience with heavy machinery and a strong understanding of maintenance best practices within the mining industry . You will be an integral part of our operational team, ensuring our equipment is always ready for deployment.
