Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Indianapolis community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and compliance across EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Plan and monitor maintenance supplies within budget; maintain documentation.
