Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. You will ensure facility equipment runs efficiently, drive maintenance improvements, and lead training for staff.

We operate a standard Monday–Friday week with occasional night/weekend overtime and provide on-the-job training. The role requires leadership, technical repair experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must have 3+ years repairing industrial processing equipment.
• 2+ years supervising maintenance personnel preferred.
• Maintenance administration experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, parts management required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and control systems.
• Manage and assign all maintenance tasks and shifts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within maintenance.
