Bradford Health Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform routine building maintenance across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. The role also covers lawn care, cleaning, and safety compliance, with on-call and weekend flexibility.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years maintenance experience, HS diploma, and good communication skills; HVAC certification and licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Licenses or certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on building interiors and exteriors (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc.).
• Respond to and close out work orders while maintaining maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Perform general repairs and upkeep including painting and landscaping.
• Ensure safety practices and assist with on-call duties as needed.
• Assist with events setup/cleanup and site readiness.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with cross-functional teams.
