Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The role involves routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related systems, plus general grounds care.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and respond to on-site needs including on-call or weekend shifts. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED and 1–3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC

Formación

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Additional licenses or certifications preferred.
• Computer knowledge and ability to read and interpret information.
• Flexible schedule with on-call, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall).
• Address low voltage wiring and basic CCTV/ burglar/fire/access systems maintenance.
• Respond to and close out work orders, maintaining maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs outside routine scope.
• Complete general repairs and landscaping; maintain safety standards.
