Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall).
• Perform low voltage wiring and troubleshoot CCTV, Burglar, Fire, Keyless Access, and Intercom systems.
• Respond to and close out work orders, maintain maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for non-routine repairs.
• Complete general repairs such as painting, patching walls, and landscaping.
• Maintain lawns through mulching, weeding, mowing, and trimming.
