Job summary

SPM, LLC – Residences at the Green in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on team across apartment homes and common areas. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and oversee preventive maintenance with an emphasis on safety and resident satisfaction.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors, handle on-call duties, and ensure all tasks meet quality and time targets while maintaining a welcoming, well-kept

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience, supervisory preferred.
• EPA HVAC Certification required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of apartment homes and spaces.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.
• Proactively perform preventive maintenance.
• Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal.
• Maintain inventory and track expenses.
• Rotate on-call duties including weekends/holidays.
