Job summary

Lakeview Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves routine building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related areas, plus general cleaning and lawn care.

You will respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, and help with events at the location. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Additional licenses or certifications preferred.
• Computer knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall).
• Carry out basic low voltage wiring and troubleshooting on CCTV, Burglar, Fire, Keyless Access and Intercom systems.
• Respond to and close work orders; maintain maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for non-routine repairs.
• Perform general repairs and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain pool, if applicable, to state standards.
• Support site setup/cleanup for events and assist manager as needed.
