Job summary

Lakeview Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, plus general upkeep of exteriors and landscaping.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High school diploma or GED, and solid communication and customer service skills. HVAC certification and additional licenses are preferred; flexibility with on-call, nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Respond to work orders and manage maintenance schedule; coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Complete general repairs, landscaping, and site upkeep as needed.
• Ensure safety practices and cleanliness; support event setups and site readiness.
